All orders and services are governed by VVM’s Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Replacement Policy.
4. Payments

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
VVM may cancel an order in cases such as:

Payment failure or verification issues
Technical or pricing errors
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Refunds will be issued ONLY via Online Transaction or Bank Transfer, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

9. Quick Commerce Delivery Conditions
Because VVM operates on fast delivery:
Delivery times may vary based on location and availability
Only one delivery attempt will be made
Customer must stay reachable during delivery window
Stale, spoiled, or damaged product claims must be raised within the specified time (1–12 hours depending on product type)
Failure to comply may void refund/replacement eligibility.
10. Fraud Prevention & Misuse Policy
VVM reserves the right to:
Block users involved in repeated fake claims
Deny service to fraudulent accounts
Cancel orders suspected of violating platform rules
Refuse replacements/refunds without valid proof
Fraudulent activities will be escalated under IPC and IT Act provisions.
